I’ve seen other Sweepsluxe reviews noting the welcome bonus, but these are a little misleading. This is because the welcome in total gives you 265,000 Gold Coins and 48 Sweeps Coins which sounds incredible. However, this is broken into two tiers:
- 15,000 Gold Coins and 3 Sweeps Coins for completing registration.
- 250,000 Gold Coins and 45 Sweeps Coins as a first purchase bonus.
So, only a small percentage of those coins are free - the rest require you to make a Gold Coin purchase (which is still actually decent value to be fair!). There is a daily bonus too and a VIP club, but you can read more about these promotions in my dedicated Sweepsluxe promo code review.

For my Sweepsluxe ratings I tested the usability of the website and rated its appearance. It’s not the best-looking US sweepstakes casino I’ve played at. The menus, design, and graphics look a little dated - like it was made in the early 2010s, and it would benefit from a facelift. It all just feels a little simplistic and like the graphical element was purely an afterthought.
Despite that, I find the simplicity of the website has its benefits - it’s easy to use and if you have no experience using a sweepstakes casino, you should be able to work out how things work easily. For example, the welcome bonus is promoted and has direct links to it in several places, as does the daily bonus.
I like that there is a “Play in 3 simple steps” section on the homepage too which describes how to create an , claim your welcome bonus, and start gaming - it’s all very beginner-friendly. On the flip side, I then feel that the game filters and searchability is lacking.
You essentially have categories for slots, new games, bonus buy, and hold and win slots - there should be more filters than this such as software developer, Megaways slots, or jackpot slots. I feel a simple change like this would improve my Sweepsluxe reviews significantly.

I couldn’t find a Sweepsluxe mobile app so I opened the website on Google Chrome on my Android mobile. There is a mobile-responsive version of Sweepsluxe social casino and from my testing, it has exactly the same functionality as the desktop website. You still get access to the welcome bonus and daily bonus, plus all the games.
The mobile-responsive layout if anything looks better than the desktop version and the navigation is more effective too. I like how the menu is still a pop-out style so that you get maximum viewing space for things like the game thumbnails. I tested a wide variety of the video slots on my mobile too.
Depending on the developer, you can tilt your phone to play in either landscape or portrait orientation which I like. The loading times of the games were OK, but some from particular developers were slow. Overall, the mobile browser experience was fine and I actually preferred playing on my mobile compared to the desktop website.

I used the live chat several times for help with the daily bonus and got a reply within 5-10 minutes. This isn't the fastest response I’ve had, but the reps were helpful. There is also a “How it works” section which has a range of FAQs, plus information about how to get coins and play games which I found useful.

For my Sweepsluxe ratings USA I tested the game selection. It’s definitely lacking compared to other websites and I could only really find video slots. There is a good selection of 400+ slots available, but if you are looking for table games, arcade games, or live dealer games then this isn’t the social casino for you.
The video slots are provided by developers like Pragmatic Play, Playson, Ruby Play, and Relax Gaming - all of which are reputable and known for fairness. You can also find some of my favorite Pragmatic slots like Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza. The hold and win selection is great too and it features some games with big multiplier potential like Temple of Thunder II and Dragon Balls.

You can play either in Gold Coin mode or Sweeps Coin mode - whichever mode you play in, you use that relevant currency and then get prizes in that same currency when you win the games.
Gold Coins have no value and cannot be redeemed, whereas Sweeps Coins can be redeemed if you have a minimum balance of 100 and have met the 1x playthrough requirement for any bonus SC you have.

Overall, this Sweepsluxe review was a mixed bag. This website has potential, and I like the range of video slots, the developers they work with, and the simplicity of the social casino layout and menus. I think the VIP club could also have potential if they explained the bonuses and features properly. However, they need to diversify their game listing with table games and arcade games, and perhaps consider revamping the website style!
